Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Osman Kantarcıoğlu (“we”, “us”) about the Dreamify app. By installing or using Dreamify you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use Dreamify

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and be the parent or legal guardian of the child the stories are made for. The app is set up and paid for by an adult; a child may listen to the stories, but not create the account or make purchases. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

2. What the app does

Dreamify generates a bedtime story from the profile you provide, narrates it, and illustrates it. Stories are produced by artificial intelligence. That means:

  • Each story is unique and cannot be reproduced exactly.
  • Stories are meant as entertainment and as part of a bedtime routine. They are not educational, medical, psychological or developmental advice.
  • Despite safety rules and automated checks, AI can produce something unexpected. You are the adult in the room: please preview or listen along if that matters to you, and report anything wrong to osmankantarcioglu@hotmail.com.

3. Subscription, billing and the daily allowance

  • Dreamify requires a paid subscription. Prices, plans and any trial are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. We are not the merchant of record and we never receive your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
  • Manage or cancel in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. Where the law gives you a withdrawal right, it still applies.
  • One new story per day. The allowance resets at midnight in your device's time zone. Stories already in your library can be replayed without limit. An unused day is not carried over.

4. Your content and the stories

The profile details you enter stay yours. You give us the permission we need to use them to generate, store and play back your stories.

You may use the stories Dreamify creates for you, for personal and non-commercial purposes: reading, listening, and sharing within your family. You may not resell them, publish them as your own work, or use them to train another AI model.

The app itself, its design, its name and its artwork style remain ours.

5. Fair use

Please don't try to work around the daily allowance or the subscription, reverse-engineer or automate the app, submit content designed to make the model produce unsafe or adult material, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Dreamify running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and can be temporarily unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to export your stories.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Dreamify at any time by cancelling the subscription and deleting the app. You can delete your data from Parents → Delete account and data. We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for a material change, tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dreamify after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live. Questions and notices: osmankantarcioglu@hotmail.com

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Dreamify.
